Resource (Executive Consultant):
- Minimum 15 years relevant consulting experience
- Master’s degree in technical or business program or Bachelor’s degree and 15 years relevant experience
Skills:
- Master complex business information needs
- Lead implementations of business systems
- Articulate ideas with concise confidence
- Assess, recommend, and manage risk
- Mentor diverse teams of individuals
- Expert client advisory ability

Deliverable:

- Consult with client to plan evaluation sessions

- Educate and inform client on new policy, process, controls, and system requirements regarding specific business processes

- Evaluate existing policy, processes, controls or deficiencies, and systems relative to planned changes

- Identify and provide high-level risk evaluation

- Provide high-level assessment project plan including level 3 WBS tasks and resources 
 Resource (Platinum or Executive Consultant):

- Minimum 15 years relevant consulting experience

- Master’s degree in technical or business program or Bachelor’s degree and 15 years relevant experience

Skills:

- Minimum 10 years relevant consulting experience

- Master’s degree in technical or business program or Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years relevant experience  
Skills:

- Expert technical ability in relevant product(s)

- Excellent presentation/verbal/written communications

- Exceptional analytic ability

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service ability

- Lead implementations of business systems 

Deliverable:

- Consult with client to identify process innovation opportunities

- Collaborate with client and agree on new target policy, process, controls, and system requirements regarding specific automation

- Evaluate existing policy, processes, controls or deficiencies, and systems relative to planned changes

- Provide readiness assessment and risk evaluation matrix

- Provide recommendations for design and implementation including internal controls

- Provide a level 3 WBS project plan to design, build, and implement including internal and external tasks, resource hours, and recommended skill level

- Staff and execute the robotic innovation project using agile process 
 

Assisting Resources (Platinum or Senior Consultant):
